The urology department is part of a high-volume, collaborative practice that emphasizes advanced clinical technology and offers excellent opportunities for professional growth within an integrated health system with Mayo Clinic Care Network access.Opportunity:Physician Assistant (PA) - UrologyJob Details:• Provide direct urologic care in a primarily outpatient setting• Evaluate and manage new and established urology patients with 15-20 patients per day• Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments and follow-up visits• Assist with patient education regarding procedures, medications, and treatment plans• Support physicians with clinic workflow and procedural preparation• Conduct occasional inpatient hospital rounding with no call responsibilities• Document patient encounters using Cerner/Oracle Health EMR• Utilize AI-assisted clinical documentation tools• Participate in continuous learning within a fast-paced urology environment• Must be Board Certified (NCCPA) with Ohio license or willing to obtain• Urology or gynecology experience required (new graduates not accepted)• DEA license must be obtained prior to start• Flexible 4-day or 5-day workweek with no call schedule• No weekend coverage required• Access to advanced surgical services including da Vinci robotic surgery• Visa candidates not acceptedCompensation:Employed salary with benefits.
