OB/GYN Call Only Hood River, OR This Role 24-hour beeper call with low delivery volume of 0-2 per shift Flexible scheduling with up to 8 call shifts per month including weekend blocks Support from Family Medicine OB physicians, residents, RTs, and Lactation onsite Epic EMR with established L&D unit including dedicated OR Details Start Date: 05/01/2026 End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Call Only Schedule: 24-hour beeper call shifts; up to 8 shifts per month; must be within 15 minutes of facility; weekend block options available Patients per Day: 0-2 deliveries per 24-hour shift Call Details: Beeper call; 15-minute response time for stat C-sections; approximately 80 percent callback rate; single OBGYN covering unassigned OB call and GYN ED call EMR: Epic Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active Oregon license and Oregon DEA BLS and NRP Clean history Details Scope: After-hours clinic call plus inpatient OB and GYN ED coverage; includes unassigned OB call and C-section backup for Family Medicine OB physicians; no planned deliveries under 35 weeks and no VBACs Typical Procedures: Vaginal deliveries including low forceps Cesarean sections Management of high-risk pregnancies Management of complicated deliveries including breech and multiples Surgical gynecology including open and operative laparoscopic procedures Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
