Departmental OverviewCompensation / Benefits$14.29-$23.34/hr depending on previous work experienceEvening differential $1.50/hr. Night differential $1.75/hr. Weekend differential $1.75/hr. Our unit has thirty two beds. We take care of patients with both surgical and nonsurgical conditions, we care for patients through the nursing process of assessment planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
