Job DescriptionAssociate Attorney - Employment Litigation - Irvine, CAPremier law firm is seeking an associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in labor and employment/complex litigation to join their dynamic team, with the opportunity handle matters throughout the state. We are seeking a candidate who is prepared to take on significant responsibility, staying updated on evolving employment laws, and capable of independently managing employment cases involving complex issues. Ideal candidates will have experience in structuring discovery plans, conducting and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.
