Senior Consultant ERP Training

ResponsibilitiesWorks independently (and with subject matter experts) to understand HBI's business processes and functional roles, as they relate to ERP and SAP S/4 HANACollaborate in development and facilitation of ERP training rollout plan, based on established training strategyDevelop training materials and conduct training throughout ERP deployment and rolloutConduct and support ERP "Train-the-Trainer" sessions in collaboration with global SME'sDevelop and oversee production of training set up, instructional materials, and job aidsAdminister post-training continued education sessions, including 1:1 and group sessionsCreate and maintain self-directed eLearning tutorials on system applications and processesConduct post-training analysis to determine training effectivenessMaintain successful training delivery satisfaction statistics to drive program successMay require travel to US and international officesQualificationsEducation Preferred: BS/BARequirements:Excellent communication and presentation skillsAt least 4 years of combined progressive facilitation and instructional design experienceAt least 4 years of global training development and delivery experienceStrong writing and training materials development skillsAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelA passion for adult education and teachingExperience in leading formal training sessions for global audiencesAbility to constantly learn and adapt to new technologiesAbility to communicate and build effective working relationships across a diverse group of people and departmentsPreferred Additional Qualifications:6-9 years of combined progressive facilitation and instructional design experience6-9 years of global training development and delivery experienceExperience with SAP S/4 HANA (or other ERP systems)Experience with CRM and / or Supply Chain Management systemsExperience with SAP Enable Now
