Test Technician II

Test Technician II $23.00 – $26.00 / Hour | 1st Shift | Longmont, CO Join NEOTech's Longmont test team as a Test Technician II, troubleshooting and testing production printed circuit boards for advanced electronic assemblies. What You'll Do Identify faulted components and manufacturing defects on production PCBs down to the component level, and submit for rework Read and interpret schematics to drive the troubleshooting process Test production boards using functional and boundary scan methods; RF experience a plus Run diagnostics, software backups, and preventive maintenance on tester control computers Support test operator training and certification, and test engineering development projects Create clear test reports and interface with cross-functional teams and customers Track yield and troubleshooting data using the Clarity application Train production test debug technicians as needed Follow ESD/MSD handling and NEOTech's ISO quality, safety, and 6S standards What You Must Bring AA/AS degree in Electronic Technology, or equivalent work experience 2+ years related experience, vocational training, or technical certification Experience operating test equipment including HP 3070 and Genrad (Network and Spectrum Analyzers, oscilloscopes) Ability to troubleshoot electronic circuits down to the component level; amplifier/attenuator experience preferred Highly computer literate with strong deductive reasoning and clear verbal communication Comfortable working independently across multiple products and procedures, with occasional overtime/Saturdays as needed Why NEOTech Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; company-paid life/AD&D insurance; short- and long-term disability; voluntary supplemental insurance; flexible spending accounts; EAP; paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays; and a 401(k) with company match.
