We have a unique and fun culture – and we want you to join us!Why work with us?Pay starts at $21.00/hr401K Plan with Company Matching$1000 End of Season Bonus *paid if employed through November 8, 2024*New F150 Pickup TrucksAnnual compensation reviewsReturning bonuses if returning in subsequent seasons.Paid Time Off/ Sick TimePaid HolidaysWeekends Off, Day time hoursOvertime availableWeekly PayIndependence Responsibilities: Put on your bug-busting gear and hit the streets to deliver top-notch pest control services to our clients.Tackle mosquitoes with expert accuracy using our state-of-the-art bug-stopping technology.Examine and treat customer properties, using your mosquito-slaying skills to target mosquitoes where they live.Provide customers with product and service information, answer their questions, and offer guidance on reducing mosquitoes on their property.Preserve accurate records of customer interactions, pest activity, and treatment procedures.Adhere to all safety protocols and follow industry guidelines. Safety first, bugs second!Maintain chemical and operational records following state requirements.Keep a clean and well-organized service vehicle and drive safely.Handle pesticides following state and federal regulationsWork outdoors during warm conditions for long periods.Be able to backpack a 60-pound sprayer for prolonged periods safely.Professionally market the Mosquito Joe brand and servicesOther duties as needed Qualifications/Requirements: A hatred for mosquitoes.High school diploma or equivalent; you don't need a degree to be in the mosquito slaying hall of fame!Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Strong communication and organizational skills.Exceptional customer service skills, with a willingness to go above and beyond.Read, write, and speak English proficiently.Able to calculate liquid measurement.Possess a valid class C driver's license and safe driving record.Pass a drug screening. (Substances Screened for:Amphetamines; Barbiturates; Benzodiazepines; Cocaine; Methadone; Methaqualone; Opiates; Phencyclidine; Propoxyphene)Have an acceptable criminal background Working conditions:This is typically a full-time position Monday to Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM). Hours will depend on the season and may change as operational needs dictate.Must be able to purchase and wear boots at least ankle height and work pants (no jeans). Other uniform items will be provided.Must own a vehicle for transportation to and from work.Full-time employment is available from March to November. Hours may be reduced or eliminated outside this time. #ZR
