TASKS Learn Basic Concepts of Building System Design Learn and Apply Building Codes and Local Jurisdictions Participate in the Design of Building HVAC and Plumbing Systems Prepare CAD Drawings and Design Specifications for Permits and Construction Perform Engineering Calculation and Analysis RESPONSIBILITIES Work under Supervision of our Project Managers Apply Fundamentals to Design Work Participate in Project Coordination Meetings Organize Work Sequences under Tight Schedule and Coordinate Work in Workgroup Environment Develop Project Design Documents from Schematic to Construction Phases QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Mechanical Engineering Degree 1 to 2 Years Work Experience in this Field (+) EIT Certificate AutoCAD Work Experience Technical Drafting Skill Revit and BIM Work Experience (+) HVAC Design Work Experience (+) Multilingual (+) Good Communication, Presentation, Documentation and Report Writing Skills Great Team Player and Works Well under Pressure ADDITIONAL NOTES Full Time Temporary to Permanent Equal Opportunity Employer Full Health Benefits
