Program Manager - IT

We are proud of the fact that many of them have been promoted to more senior roles: management, senior management, and senior executive leadership positions.We are actively seeking qualified candidates for the following position for our client, who is an industry leader:Program Manager - ITLocation: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)Type: Contract to HireJob RequirementsExtensive experience in managing Large programs with multiple projects (10+ projects in the program).Good familiarity with Jira, and other project management toolset; (GSuite and SmartSheet are preferred but not mandatory).Should have financial management experience at the program level. Should be able to articulate financials with stakeholders.Proven experience working with external vendors.Experience on SAP implementation or SAP integration with other systems is a plus.Maintain direct communication with Business teams and IT stakeholders to ensure accuracy on individual projects and the overall status of the projects.Escalate any major roadblocks or risk factors as needed and work towards initiating activities to quickly resolve issuesResponsible for the budgetary requirements for all individual project activityWork effectively with other departments ensuring a smooth and productive flow of workRequired SkillsPMP or Agile certification preferredManufacturing industry experience is a plusStrong experience in a technology focused project management roleStrong people facing skillsSuccessful track record managing multiple projectsStrong presentation skillsSound qualitative & quantitative analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills
