Ownership verification: Confirm legal ownership of the property and identify any encumbrances, restrictions, or claims that may affect the title. Title clearance: Collaborate with internal teams, legal experts, and clients to resolve title issues and facilitate the clearing of title defects. Quality control: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of all title examination activities. Qualifications:Min 2 years of Commercial Title Examination experience in Nevada, multi-state and acreage knowledge required. Builder experience a must. In-depth knowledge of title examination processes, title insurance, and real estate transactions. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving abilities and the capability to propose solutions to complex title-related challenges.
