Innovation Strategy LeadDevelops innovation strategies, processes, and best practices.Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects.Supports and ensures business objectives being met.Leads the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design.Leads the work of other small group of 3 to 4 engineers for assigned Engineering projects - Leads and participates in end to end service implementations, data feeds ingestion, and orchestration.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 6 years' experience building scalable applications2 years of experience with building scalable, high performing and robust Java applicationsExperience developing with Spring frameworkExperience with no-sql technologies like CassandraExperience with Stream processing using KafkaExperience developing with web/app containers such as Apache/TomcatExperience in developing jobs using SparkExperience developing using relational databases such as Oracle or MySQLA developer's day-to-day responsibilities include adhering to the Sprint cycle, actively participating in feature development, collaborating with fellow developers both within and outside the team, and meticulously crafting unit tests and load tests to ensure the creation of high-performing code.This person will need to come into the office two days a week Tuesday and Thursday.
