Prep / Line Cook At Berkeley Springs Brewing

Berkeley Springs Brewing in Berkeley Springs, WV is looking for one prep / line cook to join our team. We are located on 110 Michigan Ln. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. Responsibilities Wash, peel, chop, and grate ingredients like fruits, vegatables, and meats Measure and combine ingredients for recipes, including mixing sauces Perform preliminary cooking tasks. Preparing simple dishes, like salads and assemble components for other menu items Keeping kitchen clean and organized by washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, taking out trash & boxes Properly store all food items and rotate stock to maintain freshness Follow recipes and prep lists Follow instuctions from chef and managers Qualifications 18 year or older Have a valid driver lincense or reliable transportant Stand for long periods of time Work nights, weekends and some holidays Have reliable babysitting ( if applies ) Food handler certification from ServSafe Reading and understanding recipes and instructions Being able to work as a team player Time Management Attention to details and watching dates By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
