Program Analyst, Journeyman
Contingent upon contract award**Location: RemotePosition: Program Analyst, JourneymanOverview: ITC Defense is seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support AUKUS-related program activities. This position supports the coordination and execution of complex multinational program efforts in support of mission and program objectives.Responsibilities:Coordinate day-to-day AUKUS program activities across multiple workstreams to support continuity, alignment, and timely executionTrack program actions, deliverables, milestones, and decisions, maintaining visibility into status and identifying potential gaps, delays, or outstanding actionsMaintain program documentation and records, including action logs, working documents, stakeholder inputs, decision records, and other supporting materialsPrepare program updates, reports, briefings, and readouts that communicate status, key issues, risks, and outstanding actions to program leadership and stakeholdersCoordinate meetings and communications across internal teams, external stakeholders, and international partners, including Australian suppliers, to support information sharing, follow-up actions, and alignment of program activitiesSupport program leadership with the coordination and execution of activities necessary to meet program objectives and requirementsPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, STEM, International Affairs, or a related fieldAt least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, program management support, program analysis, or a related fieldExperience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder programs or initiativesAbility to analyze program information, identify issues or potential impacts, and communicate findings effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Department of Defense, government acquisition, contracting, or other defense-related programsExperience supporting multinational or international programs involving coordination with foreign partners or stakeholdersFamiliarity with Security Assistance, Security Cooperation, or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programsFamiliarity with AUKUS-related programs, initiatives, or activitiesExperience coordinating activities across engineering, supply chain, logistics, or other technical or functional teamsWhy work at ITC Defense:Employer Supplemented Health InsuranceEmployer Paid Dental and Vision InsuranceEmployer Paid Life and AD&D Insurance3% Biweekly 401(k) ContributionPaid Time OffTuition and Certification ReimbursementCompetitive Salaries with Performance IncentivesA positive working environment with supportive teammates and leadershipFor individuals hired to work remotely, ITC Defense provides the following reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the individual’s skills, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, geographic location, and other job-related considerations. The individual hired into this role would not necessarily be expected to receive compensation at or near the top of the range, and the final compensation decision will depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 annually. The individual hired may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the terms and conditions governing the program.
