Business Process Analyst
Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a self-motivated Business Process Analyst who thrives on improving efficiency, solving complex problems, and delivering enterprise-level impact. This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to analyze, define, and enable end-to-end business processes through next-generation enterprise applications supporting daily operations within our Less Than Truckload (LTL) Transportation Division.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelop an in-depth understanding of LTL carrier operations and associated enterprise systemsAnalyze current-state processes and define future-state (“to-be”) business processesTranslate operational and business needs into clear functional requirements, use cases, and user storiesCollaborate closely with software development teams throughout the solution lifecycleFacilitate working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements and outcomesEnsure solutions deliver measurable business value and support operational efficiencyRequired QualificationsProven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirementsExperience crafting user stories, managing backlogs, and documenting process flowsExperience developing business cases for IT initiativesExperience working with software engineering methodologiesExcellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsBachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience working in Agile or Scrum environmentsExperience within the LTL or logistics industryExperience leveraging AI or automation tools for productivity improvements
