Functional ExpertiseWork on end-to-end implementation/support of:R2R (Record to Report) – GL, FA, Cash ManagementO2C (Order to Cash) – Order Management, AR, BillingP2P (Procure to Pay) – Procurement, AP, Supplier ManagementPLM (Product Lifecycle Management) – Product Data Hub, Innovation ManagementHCM (Human Capital Management) – Core HR, Payroll, Talent ManagementGather business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsConfigure Oracle Fusion modules as per business needs QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related fieldMBA or HR specialization (preferred)PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (strong advantage)Oracle Fusion certification (preferred)
