Role OverviewResponsible for assembling parts and subassemblies by interpreting measurements and templates, ensuring correct fit and fastening of components. Must follow specifications precisely, notice small defects, and maintain accuracy under production pressure.Key ResponsibilitiesPosition parts and subassemblies accurately.Assemble components, checking connections for proper fit.Qualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma required.Blueprint reading and interpretation of technical drawings.Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and basic machinery.Strong measurement skills using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.Reliable attendance, punctuality, and good time management.Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills.Physical & Work EnvironmentStand for extended periods, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch.Lift and carry materials (25–50 lbs.).Push/pull carts or equipment and handle small parts with precision.Perform repetitive assembly tasks maintaining a consistent pace.
