Wood Shop Operator - Pivotal Health Solutions

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Wood Shop Assembler to join our team in Springfield, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for producing finished products through various types of assembly and manufacturing.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment to manufacture wood lockers, athletic training equipment, etc.Assemble wood components into finished products on time and within PHS quality standardsUtilize work instructions to follow established assembly proceduresMaintain clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functionsDocument actions by completing production and quality formsUtilize Kanban system to restock depleted parts and materialsBuild defect-free products that meet Quality StandardsBuild products within time standardsAdhere to safety standards and requirementsPerforms other duties as assignedJob QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious woodshop/wood fabrication experience strongly preferredAbility to interpret blueprints and drawingsCNC machine experienceApplicants must have a high level of mechanical aptitudeApplicants must have good communication skillsApplicants must have basic computer knowledgeApplicants must be detail oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment.Applicants must be able to bend, stoop, reach high and low, work at a constant pace, and lift and carry up to 75 pounds.Valid Driver's LicenseBenefitsPivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
