Reads work orders, assembly procedures, follows production drawing and sample assemblies, receives verbal instructions regarding duties to perform. Use basic hand tools to assemble components and /or sub-assemblies. May solder together components to assemble fabricated metal items as specified by work orders, diagrams, or layouts. Bend, clean, and adjust or trim materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics. Mounts, connects, and assembles components. Review and count completed parts and assemblies. Records completion of work on a work order and time sheet.
