No sign fabrication experience necessary. Sign fabrication training provided. Your pay includes $25/hour regular time and $37.50/hour for overtime. Your employment package includes: Minimum $2,375 Per Paycheck, Every Two Weeks3+ Weeks Paid-Time-OffFull Insurance Benefits401K InvestingMonday-Friday6:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (1 hour lunch)*Saturday (occasional, rotating)6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (paid at $37.50/hour)Position RequirementsThe ideal candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of welding and fabrication experience using MIG welding materials on both aluminum and steel. Candidates must also have the ability to fabricate and assemble structural metal products, such as framework or shells for illuminated sign cabinets or pole signs according to custom job order, verbal instructions and blueprints. Specifically: Must take pride in work and have an attention to detail in the welding, fabrication and assembly process required to ensure compliance with stringent Anchor quality production standards. Operate fabricating machines, such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters as well as drill presses, radial, end mill and edge planners. Must have skills to hammer, chip and grind work pieces as well as preheat pieces using hand torches. Excellent customer service, oral and written communication, and team building skills.
