What You Bring to the Table:CPA or CMA required, with a strong foundation in GAAP and technical accounting. 3+ years of experience in General Ledger accounting, with an emphasis on inventory and/or cost accounting. Experience in a global distribution or retail environment is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail. Experience with a large cloud ERP system required (MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the General Ledger, ensuring accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Leverage your inventory accounting and cost accounting experience to maintain precise financial records related to our extensive product offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, and supply chain to ensure smooth integration of financial data. Analyze and reconcile complex balance sheet accounts, including inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS), ensuring alignment with GAAP standards. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures for international operations. Provide support for external audits, preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
