Registered Nurse (RN)Do not wait to apply after reading this description a high application volume is expected for this opportunity.- Labor & Delivery Job Ref: 34290 Category: Nursing Location: 133 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742 Department: Labor & Delivery Schedule: Full Time Shift: Eve/Night shift Hours: 7pm-7:30am Pay Range: $35.01- $68.65 per hour Registered Nurse- Labor & Delivery $15k Sign on Bonus (minimum of 1 year of experience) About the Role Bring your skills, compassion, and calm presence to one of life's most meaningful moments.As a Labor and Delivery RN, you'll support mothers, babies, and families through labor, delivery, and the postpartum experience.Reporting to the Director of Obstetrical Nursing, you'll provide safe, high-quality, family-centered care while collaborating with physicians, midwives, and a dedicated team of professionals.Every shift brings the opportunity to make a lifelong impact.What You'll Do Provide labor support, fetal monitoring, and comprehensive care during labor and birth.Circulate for cesarean section deliveries and assist in emergent situations.Care for mothers and newborns in the immediate postpartum period.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for mothers and infants.Support continuity of care across Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, and Special Care Nursery when needed.Supervise and delegate care to support staff, ensuring safe and effective practice.Document all patient care clearly and accurately according to policy.Participate in quality improvement, unit projects, and ongoing professional education.What You Bring Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.Current Massachusetts RN license.Fetal monitoring certification and ACLS preferred.Previous labor and delivery experience strongly preferred.Comfort with computer systems and commitment to confidentiality.Here, you'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values your expertise, fosters professional growth, and celebrates the joy of bringing new life into the world.From the first contraction to those first precious moments after delivery, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safety, comfort, and unforgettable care. xhmxlyz Join our Labor & Delivery team and be there for the moments that matter most.Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $35- $69 Hourly
