SecOps Engineering Manager
We are seeking a senior SecOps Engineering Manager to advise and lead strategic LATAM clients through SIEM and SOAR adoption within our SaaS Consumption team. You will drive onboarding, solve complex security operations challenges, and build executive trust-apply to help clients reduce risk and strengthen their security posture.Manage tier 1 global accounts through onboarding and post-onboarding phases of SIEM and SOAR product adoptionImplement onboarding and post-onboarding strategies for SecOps projects to ensure successful adoption outcomesEducate and advise clients on using security solutions to improve posture and reduce riskDeliver client training and enablement sessions aligned to security operations use casesCreate solutions for complex client challenges across SIEM and SOAR workloadsManage client escalations during implementation and post-implementation phasesBuild and maintain strong relationships with client executives, partners, and internal stakeholdersComplete ongoing SME training focused on Chronicle SIEM and SOAR, Security Operations, and GCP architectureTravel to client engagements as needed (~10%)
