FHIR Developer/Software Engineer

Apply via Dice today!Role: FHIR DeveloperLocation: RemoteRequired:8+ years of hands-on experience implementing Surescripts products, including RTPC, ePrescriber, and Touchless PA.Strong understanding of HL7 FHIR (R4 preferred) and healthcare data exchange standards.Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.Experience with SMART on FHIR, CDS Hooks, and OAuth2/OpenID Connect.Solid programming skills in one or more languages: Java, Python, JavaScript (Node.js), C#.Familiarity with NCPDP SCRIPT, X12, and other pharmacy-related standards.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Knowledge of DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote team environments.Desired:HL7 FHIR Certification or equivalent experience.Experience with Mirth Connect, Redox, or InterSystems HealthShare.Prior participation in HL7 or NCPDP working groups.Familiarity with EHR systems and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).
