Construction Project Coordinator

Must have estimating and construction experience specific to restoration and be proficient in Xactimate. Experience working in Symbility is also desired but not required.

A day in the life includes ongoing communication and education with all customers. You will inspect jobs, sketch and use Xactimate (sometimes Symbility) to create accurate estimates for repair work. This can include any type or size of job from flood, fire, vehicle impact, storm damage, etc. You are responsible for building relationships and follow up with property managers and insurance adjusters to obtain estimate approval. Once approved, the Estimator stays involved with projects for any supplements and/or change orders throughout the course of reconstruction. You are an engaged member of the team and are part of the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities and qualifications include estimating commercial and residential reconstruction projects in Xactimate and Symbility, performing inspections, sketching, and photographing projects, negotiating restoration services and insurance claim settlements with insurance adjusters, selling/obtaining approvals for projects and moving them forward to production, establishing budgets for the Project Managers, processing change orders and supplements as necessary and in a timely manner, reviewing files before billing for accuracy, being a leader that is self-motivated, responsible, proactive, a team player, maintaining a high level of customer service and follow through on projects as they transition into production, being a part of the sales process - building relationships with new and existing customers.

Goal-oriented individual who will be committed to the team. Highly advanced ability to prioritize tasks, requests, and demands.
Physical and work environment requirements include being capable of working comfortably at a computer workstation for the duration of the workday, having the ability to climb stairs, and the ability to occasionally climb up a ladder.
Fine print includes a valid driver's license and clean DMV record required, professional employment references needed, and the ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug screen subject to applicable law required.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
