Location: Omaha, NE Your Responsibilities:Provide responsive and professional customer service with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationshipsIdentify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systemsPerform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and replacement modifications as needed or requested by customersMaintain building automation systems by inspecting trend logs, reports, schedules, applications, hardware, and programmingProvide controls technical support to HVAC techniciansCreate and/or implement programming and graphics for new installations and retrofit projectsCommission controls installations and verify that control sequences meet scope, design, or specificationsProvide training and follow-ups for Customers and operations personnelComplete work orders and review with customers for accuracyContinually look for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectively Your Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDAssociate's Degree or technical school HVAC certification (preferred)0-2 years of related experience with increasing responsibility or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious experience with HVAC controls systemsValid Driver's License and acceptable driving recordRequired license(s) and/or training card as required by local law districtRotational Emergency Call Support availability as requiredPrevious experience in mentoring less experienced techniciansEPA approved Universal Technician Certification (preferred)OSHA 10 certification (preferred)Current first aid / CPR card (preferred) Your Benefits: Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Multiple medical insurance plan options plus dental and vision insurance401K retirement plan with employer matchPaid time off and company paid holidaysPaid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local lawTuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous serviceDaikin Applied provides technicians with a logoed company vehicle, laptops, mobile devices, and other technologies Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position The typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $27.60 - $44.29 in NE. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
