This position will provide exposure to operational accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is bright, driven, detail-oriented, and excited to grow their career within a rapidly expanding company. This role is perfect for an accounting professional with 2–3+ years of experience who is looking to deepen their skill set and gain hands-on experience supporting key financial processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries and assist with the month-end close process Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness Assist with P&L support and analysis for operational leadership Maintain and track fixed asset schedules, including additions, disposals, and depreciation Support the preparation of internal financial reports and schedules Assist with account analysis and variance explanations Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support operational accounting needs Identify xywuqvp opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies Support audit preparation and documentation as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate accounting or public accounting environment Exposure to public accounting, particularly with a Top 10 firm, is a strong plus Experience with Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
