Established in 1993 our health center is a 501 (c)(3) not for profit organization specializing in primary care for the uninsured, low income, Medicaid reliant and those finding barriers to traditional health care. Our team is focused on wellness, disease prevention and education while providing medical, laboratory, pharmaceutical and dental services.The health center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing affordable high quality health and dental care to the residents of our area. We offer a sliding fee scale based on income and family size for the uninsured and also accept Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance.
