Front of House Manager (Part Time)- $18-20/ hr

Local, waterfront restaurant is seeking truly exceptional talent for a part time Front of the House Manager. Maintains high standards of food, service, health and safety; ensures the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.Job Duties:Perform opening and closing duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.Coordinate restaurant operations to include daily schedules and identifying recruiting needsResponsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and quality guest experienceMaintain employee recordsOversee training and identify training needsResponsible for new hire onboarding and orientationConduct staff meetings when necessaryMonitor labor and operational costsIdentify and estimate food and beverage supply requirements/needs and ensure inventory needs are metPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience or degree in Hospitality Management
