Seeking a BC/BE Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow the Foot and Ankle Division, engage in resident and fellow education, and contribute to high-impact clinical research at one of the country?s top orthopedic programs. Build and lead a comprehensive Foot and Ankle Division within a nationally recognized orthopedic institute. Academic involvement: Work directly with orthopedic surgery residents and engage in didactic and clinical teaching. Research support: Access to dedicated research infrastructure with opportunities for grant writing, clinical studies, and publications. Competitive salary and productivity incentives, along with a full benefits package. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across sports, trauma, total joint, spine, and pediatrics. Four days of required call per month, with opportunity for additional call. This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary of $450-500K. The base salary is dependent on specialty, board certification & experience, with opportunity for incremental compensation through wRVU production and potentially quality incentives.
