About the Role As a Thermal Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing industrial baking and heating systems to ensure optimal product output. By leveraging your technical expertise in temperature regulation and conveyor synchronization, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality production standards and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Configure and calibrate oven parameters, including airflow, humidity, and conveyor velocity, to align with precise product specifications. Utilize PLC and HMI control interfaces to monitor real-time thermal performance and make necessary adjustments. Execute rigorous in-line quality inspections, including weight verification and moisture analysis, to ensure consistency. Maintain detailed production logs and quality documentation to support continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot mechanical or process deviations to minimize downtime and maximize throughput. Uphold strict safety and sanitation standards throughout the thermal processing area. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a food manufacturing or industrial processing environment. Proficiency in operating complex machinery with digital control interfaces. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate measurements. Preferred Skills Experience with PLC/HMI troubleshooting and system monitoring.
