About the Role As an Electromechanical Systems Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production of complex machinery by building, testing, and calibrating high-precision modules. Your expertise in interpreting technical schematics will directly impact the reliability and performance of our advanced equipment. Responsibilities Construct and integrate electromechanical subassemblies by strictly adhering to engineering blueprints and technical documentation. Execute rigorous mechanical and electrical testing protocols to validate system functionality and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical discrepancies identified during the testing phase to ensure product integrity. Maintain precise production records, including assembly logs, quality checklists, and process documentation to support operational transparency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize assembly workflows and improve overall throughput. Qualifications Required Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong analytical skills for identifying and correcting mechanical or electrical faults. Preferred Skills Previous experience within the semiconductor capital equipment or high-tech manufacturing sectors. Advanced proficiency in precision cable soldering and crimping techniques. Familiarity with digital quality management systems and standard cell documentation practices.
