Job DescriptionOutpatient Psychiatry opening in New York - Located in Troy, NY - Albany 7m - Full-time; PermanentPosition Details: - Seeking to recruit a full-time Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist - This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded and long-standing Behavioral Health program - Enjoy excellent colleagues, strong system practice support and a physician-friendly environment - Hospital offers a comprehensive program in behavioral health that includes inpatient services across three units and a robust outpatient program located on the hospital campus - This opportunity is available for immediate placement and will join a team of counselors, therapists, psychiatrists, case managers, and nurse practitioners in providing compassionate care to our patients - An interdisciplinary team provides specialized care to meet the medical, psychiatric, and social needs of the older adult patient - The Psychiatrist will provide outpatient coverage for adult patients at the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic - Call Rotation: 1:6 weekends; 1:7 weeknightsPosition Offers: - Competitive base salary including starting bonus - Compensation is between $310,000 and $340,000 - The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
