Sales Manager (Hybrid)

Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or the experience economy is strongly preferred, especially if you’ve worked on the supply side or in experience-led travel tech. This role is a hybrid model in Brooklyn, New York.The ideal candidate will bring:4+ years of experience in SDR, BD, or account growth roles.Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or the experience economy; supply-side experience is highly valued.Familiarity with experience-led travel tech or similar platforms, such as Airbnb Experiences, CourseHorse, Rezdy, or FareHarbor.Strong CRM proficiency, ideally with Pipedrive, Salesforce or a similar system, and a disciplined approach to pipeline hygiene, reporting, and data integrity.A proven track record of territory growth, including building market presence from the ground up. Front of Funnel sales.The ability to work cross-functionally with Tech, Growth, and Ops to surface community challenges and turn them into actionable improvements.Leadership experience, either through direct people management or by serving as a lead mentor, onboarding partner, or sales trainer.A genuine passion for ethical selling, artisan-focused mission-driven work, and creative, energetic team leadership.A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to inspire others through action, regardless of formal title or reporting structure.
