Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to collaborate with the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex behavioral and health needs.Provide daily health monitoring, medication management, and medical assessments at various sites.Coordinate medical, dental, optical, and psychiatric appointments to ensure comprehensive care.Administer medications, vaccinations, and injections following physician orders.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, support staff training, and assist with policy updates.Educate staff and individuals on health topics, infection prevention, and medical equipment use.Act as a liaison with families and guardians regarding health concerns.Qualifications include valid LPN license, 2+ years’ experience, valid driver’s license, and proficiency in English. Skills required are effective communication, de-escalation, and computer literacy. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no regular weekends or holidays, supporting a flexible work environment.
