Apply today or reach out for more information!Job SummaryThe Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. This role includes developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapy, and monitoring patient progress to achieve optimal outcomes.ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled speech therapy services and interventions in accordance with patient needs and regulatory guidelinesEvaluate patients and develop individualized plans of careImplement and modify treatment plans based on patient progressPerform and support swallowing assessments and provide mealtime interventions as appropriateMonitor patient response to treatment and adjust approaches as clinically necessaryProvide education and support to patients, families, and caregiversEnsure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standardsAttend required meetings as designated by the Director of RehabilitationQualificationsMaster’s degree in Speech-Language PathologyCurrent Texas licensure as a Speech-Language PathologistSNF/long-term care experience preferredStrong knowledge of current treatment practicesFamiliarity with Net Health electronic documentation system preferredCareer AdvantagesIn-house rehab (non-contracted)Flexible PRN schedulingSupportive, team-oriented work environmentWork Location: In person
