We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a Senior Project Manager role.Level Description:With 8 or more years of experience, this role involves using expertise and judgment to set and achieve goals. The individual independently handles a range of complex tasks and is expected to demonstrate significant creativity and flexibility. Certification in Project Management from a recognized organization or as a Scrum Master is advantageous.Job Description:As a Project Manager, you will oversee specific projects within the company, handling planning, budgeting, oversight, and documentation. You may work individually or lead a team to achieve project goals.Additional Job Details And Special ConsiderationsThis role focuses on Administrative Applications and involves applying standard project management practices for Agile teams.Must understand the PMI framework and establish project organization and methodology within Agile (Scrum) settings.Collaborates closely with key stakeholders, communicating effectively with clients and IT teams.Creates project charters, work plans, and other necessary project documentation.Provides technical support during work hours and on-call as needed.Capable of comprehending and communicating complex technical designs and business processes.Develops and delivers presentations to leadership and oversight entities and may serve in an analyst capacity as required.On-call support may be needed depending on the project phase.Tasks And AssignmentsOversee design and development work.Manage projects using feature-driven Agile methodology, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with project timelines.Develop and manage project plans.Document risks, issues, and contingency plans; resolve issues and remove project barriers.Provide weekly status updates (written and verbal) and conduct regular project team meetings.Oversee the development of SDLC artifacts, ensuring business requirements are translated into technical specifications, and facilitate the SDLC process.Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders.Exhibit effective communication and presentation skills.Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and transfer working knowledge to current staff.Required SkillsProject Management Experience for large-scale Enterprise ImplementationsState of Texas or Similar Federal/State Project Management ExperienceDevelopment ExperiencePreferred SkillsPMP CertificationState of Texas Project Delivery Framework ExperienceAgile (Scrum) ExperienceSalesforce ExperienceState Procurement and Contracting ExperienceJira Experience
