Our ecosystem includes ELIXIR MD, EVA 3D, and advanced solutions designed to improve patient outcomes and elevate practices worldwide.We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls as we continue scaling nationally and internationally.Position OverviewThe Controller will be responsible for managing the company’s financial infrastructure, ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining compliance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting executive leadership with financial insights and strategic planning.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and can build scalable financial systems while maintaining accuracy and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & ReportingPrepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close processes.Monitor cash flow, operating expenses, and profitability.Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models.Create executive financial reports and KPI dashboards.Accounting & ComplianceOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking operations.Ensure compliance with GAAP standards, tax regulations, and corporate requirements.Coordinate with external CPA firms, auditors, and legal advisors.Manage sales tax, payroll tax, and financial filings.Maintain proper internal financial controls and accounting procedures.Operational FinanceImprove financial systems, workflows, and reporting accuracy.Assist leadership in inventory, manufacturing, and operational cost analysis.Support pricing, forecasting, and profitability analysis for devices and programs.Track commissions, contracts, and partner agreements.Strategic SupportSupport executive leadership with financial planning and decision-making.Assist with investor reporting, fundraising preparation, and financial presentations.Help build scalable systems for growth and expansion.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA preferred but not required.5+ years of accounting or financial management experience.Experience in medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, or startup environments preferred.Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial software systems.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred CharacteristicsEntrepreneurial mindset.High level of integrity and accountability.Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with strategic thinking capability.Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving growth-stage company.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Performance-based bonus opportunities.Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.Collaborative and innovative work environment.To ApplyPlease submit your resume, relevant experience, and a brief introduction explaining why you would be a strong fit for ELIXIR MD Inc.
