State Licensed Traveling Chef
A company is looking for a Traveling Chef, Part-Time, Remote. Key Responsibilities Supervises kitchen operations, including line set-up, prep, and breakdown activities Assists Executive Chef with kitchen record keeping, employee scheduling, and food inventory management Ensures food safety standards are followed and provides training and mentoring to kitchen staff Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent GED 2-4 years of experience in a Sous Chef position with prior supervisory experience State issued Health Certificate and immunizations are required Serve Safe certification is mandatory Technical proficiency in food preparation methods and knowledge of kitchen operations
