Adobe Forms Developer or AEM Forms Migration Specialist

Role : Design Program ManagerDuration 12 monthsExperience:• Minimum of 2+ years in an Agile development environment, working as a program manager, scrum master, design operations or similar role.• Experience working in a User Experience or front-end development focused team.• Experience working with Jira and Confluence, managing the lifecycle of stories/epics/tasks. Understanding of best practices in how to organize Jira tickets across a large team and linking with engineering efforts.• Ability to socialize and communicate roadmaps and understand road blocks and release processes.• Excellent organizational skills, ability to communicate to leadership on deadlines and schedules, ability to make sure issues are resolved in a timely manner.Nice to Have:• Experience working with design systems.• Experience in a large, matrixed organisation.• Background in UX design or similar area.
