Radar Integration & Test Engineer (Entry - Sr.) (DoD Secret)

Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring Radar Integration and Test Engineers to support the integration and testing of advanced radar systems for new development programs supporting the AEGIS Combat Systems.Location: Moorestown, NJ or Syracuse, NY 4-day work week (4x10 schedule) – every Friday offActive Secret clearance requiredU.S. Citizenship requiredResponsibilities:Integrate radar hardware and software subsystemsPerform AESA Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) testingDevelop and execute test plans and proceduresBreak down (decompose) radar systems and requirementsVerify, trace, and report system requirementsEnsure requirements are testable and validatedInvestigate issues and drive them to resolutionParticipate in technical and design reviewsDocument work in engineering data systemsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience integrating and testing radar systemsDomain expertise: Radar Systems (fixed, transportable, and ship-based)Hands-on experience with test equipment:Oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generatorsNetwork tools (e.g., Wireshark)Experience with test automation (C++, MATLAB, or Python)Experience with requirements tools (DOORS, Jira, Confluence)Familiarity with both sides of the Systems Engineering V-modelCompensation:Level 2: 2–5 years ~$110,000Level 3: 5+ years ~ $150,000Level 4: 9–13 years (SME preferred) ~$185,000Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, match, 3 weeks paid time off, with 11 federal holidays, and sick leave.Application Period: Opens on 05/12/2026 and will be accepted for at least 30 days from the posting date.
