Customer Engagement Specialist

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to enhance customer interactions through virtual events and strategic meetings. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute customer-facing virtual summits, briefings, and meetings Develop compelling presentations and narratives that align with strategic objectives Monitor engagement metrics and contribute insights for program improvement Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support/Operations, or Account Management in a SaaS environment Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and basic data analytics Experience in customer marketing, events, or program coordination within B2B SaaS Strong organizational and project management skills Experience working with healthcare operations or in regulated environments is a plus
