Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product demos when needed Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision and integrity Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to enhance the shopping experience Upsell products by recommending complementary items to boost sales and customer satisfaction Ensure proper stocking, inventory management, and cleanliness at the checkout area Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or through online inquiries Requirements Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
