Requisition Number: 225813Job DescriptionCintas is seeking an IT GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) Manager that is responsible for leading the project and production support activities for the analysis, assessment, and management of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance in accordance with Corporate and IT policies, standards, and guidelines, and within approved budgetary resource guidelines; design, oversee the execution of, and mature a best-in-class GRC management program to enable the business while applying a reasonable level of protection; manage and develop assigned staff including coaching / mentoring and performance management.Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToLead the IT GRC Management operations support organization, with a specific focus in governance, risk, or complianceDevelop, establish, and implement policies for IT GRC management. This includes implementing security controls, risk assessment framework, and programs that align to regulatory or industry requirements.Skills/QualificationsRequiredH.S. Diploma/GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in applicable field preferredMinimum 10 years of experience in either Information Technology, Compliance, Risk, Governance, Audit, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience across risk, audit, compliance, cybersecurity, or comparable specialty.Minimum 2 years of experience managing multi-functional areas with staff responsibilities including supervising daily team activities, coaching / mentoring, career development planning, performance management, recruiting and hiring.BenefitsCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
