Position: Solar Sales Closer
As a Direct Sales Representative at Just Power, you'll play a key role in generating leads and acquiring clients. Your mission? Help homeowners switch from expensive, non-renewable energy to clean, affordable solar power. You'll engage in high-value sales, closing contracts ranging from $20k to $100k. Daily responsibilities include going to in home appointments with homeowners in the greater Fresno area, giving solar presentations, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Use calls, emails, texts, and other communication methods to assess the validity of leads
Generate leads and set appointments via phone
Represent Just Power with professionalism and integrity
Master our CRM system and other sales tools
Become a solar expert with in-depth product knowledge
Close sales once you’ve honed your skills (this can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months)
Compensation:
Uncapped commission-based structure (Average commission per sale ranges from $1,500 to $3,000)
Standard goal of 8 sales/month, with volume bonuses available
Six-figure annual income potential (income not guaranteed)
1099 Contractor position
