TRANSTECK, INC.JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Outside Sales RepJob Reports To: Parts ManagerExempt or Non-Exempt: ExemptFull-Time or Part-Time: Full TimeJob Summary:Position with primary responsibility for outside parts sales and customer service.Essential Job Functions:Meet sales and gross profit margin goalsCall on customersProspect for new customersResolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service levelsProvide estimates as neededSell the entire dealership (service, trucks, body shop, etc.)Travel with vendor repsOrder parts as per department proceduresOn going training (OEM parts training)Up sellIn addition to the essential functions listed above, the employee is expected to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and co-workers, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate a positive attitude, communicate effectively with co-workers and clients, work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail, respect the work environment and keep it as neat and clean as possible, and exercise initiative to learn new skills and tasks and to help co-workers when possible.
