CareersMunicipal Project ManagerOklahoma City Metro, OklahomaGarver seeks a Municipal Project Manager to join our growing Transportation Team in Oklahoma City, OK to continue the tradition of providing reputable service to our clients.Responsibilities of this role include: Project managementSub-consultant coordinationProject/task schedulingCivil DesignPlan production oversightPreparing cost estimatesQuality ControlClient interactionTechnical experience should include:Geometric design for roadways/interchanges3D Design experienceDrainage designConstruction sequencing and traffic controlUtility relocation coordinationMarketing activities may include assisting in the production of proposals and letters of interest, as well as participation in interviews and other presentations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited programLicensed as a Professional Engineer (PE)Six (8) to twelve (15) years of relevant experiencePractical working knowledge of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Green Book, the Roadside Design Guide, the Highway Capacity Manual (HCM), and the Manual Uniform Traffic Control Device (MUTCD)Experience with Microstation, OpenRoads Designer or InRoads and/or other roadway design softwareStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong working knowledge of MS OfficePreferred Skills:Previous experience in consulting engineering with a primary focus on transportation projects3D Design experienceLicensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Oklahoma, or will have the ability to obtain reciprocityGrow With UsGarver offers its employees programs such as company-paid professional memberships, company support for industry licenses and continuing education opportunities that foster a progressive atmosphere.
