Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Science and Engineering Program Manager role located in the Dayton Metropolitan Area. The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate complex science and engineering programs, ensuring successful execution within budget, scope, and timeline. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, driving systems engineering and software development efforts, and strategizing to meet project objectives. Qualifications Strong experience in Program Management, with proficiency in managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teamsBackground in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering with the ability to oversee technology-focused initiativesFamiliarity with Project Management principles and methodologies to ensure successful project outcomesKnowledge of Software Development processes and lifecycle managementExceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferredExperience working on Department of Defense or Federal contracts is a plus
