Key Responsibilities Deliver expert, evidence-based, and cost-effective outpatient psychiatric services exclusively via a secure, integrated telehealth platform. Conduct comprehensive initial diagnostic evaluations, allocating a generous minimum of 60 minutes, and therapeutic follow-up appointments, with a minimum dedicated time of 30 minutes. Maintain absolute professional control over your practice, including dictating your work schedule and defining the criteria for your patient panel. Utilize advanced, proprietary technology, including an integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system that seamlessly supports telemedicine, direct lab integration, and specialized tools for tracking patient outcomes. Curate your patient population based on your professional interests, allowing you to manage a stimulating and balanced mix of patient acuity and diagnoses. Collaborate within a robust, integrated internal referral network, ensuring smooth coordination of care with affiliated specialists and therapists via the EMR. Requirements Must hold Board Certification or be Board Eligible in Psychiatry. Subspecialty qualifications, including areas like addiction medicine, are highly valued and encouraged. Possess an active and unrestricted license to practice medicine. Full support and cost coverage are provided by our in-house team to assist with obtaining or managing additional state licensures. Demonstrate superior clinical knowledge, strong diagnostic capabilities, and excellent patient-facing communication skills. Exhibit a proactive willingness to rapidly adopt and efficiently utilize new, proprietary EMR tools and technology-driven clinical solutions.
