Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Bozeman, MT Agency: Conflux Systems Inc Pay: $75 to $78 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Position Summary The Inpatient Psychiatric Unit Therapist is a key member of a multidisciplinary care team providing clinical services in an acute adult inpatient behavioral health setting. This role focuses on stabilizing patients experiencing mental health crises through comprehensive therapeutic interventions, care coordination, and discharge planning. The Therapist delivers individual, group, and family therapy while addressing psychosocial needs to ensure a safe and effective transition back to the community. This position requires a fully licensed therapist in the state of Montana. Key Responsibilities Provide mental and behavioral healthcare support within the adult inpatient unit Conduct psychosocial assessments, screenings, and brief interventions Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions Provide crisis intervention as needed Develop and contribute to interdisciplinary treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor patient progress and response to treatment Coordinate discharge planning and transitional care services Collaborate with referral agencies to ensure continuity of care Facilitate access to community resources (housing, vocational services, substance abuse programs, etc.) Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care Perform additional duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong clinical judgment and professional demeanor Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare systems Schedule Requirements Regular and reliable attendance required May require working beyond standard 40-hour workweek Includes weekends, after-hours shifts, and on-call responsibilities as needed Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Continuous use of fine motor skills and visual acuity Ability to work in environments with potential exposure to: Bloodborne pathogens Infectious diseases Chemicals and medications Emotionally challenging patient situations Requirements Minimum Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field Active licensure as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT (or licensure eligible) in Montana Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Preferred: 1 year of experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting Relevant certifications in mental health or clinical practice 0119
