Their portfolio includes a mix of ground up construction, renovations, tenant improvements, industrial projects, mixed use developments, and large scale commercial work.The company offers a stable backlog, collaborative culture, and long term growth potential for construction professionals looking to take ownership of projects and advance their career.Position OverviewThe Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with field leadership, ownership groups, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.This individual will play a critical role in maintaining schedules, controlling budgets, managing subcontractor relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from start to finish.The ideal candidate is someone who can operate independently, communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, and confidently manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.Key Responsibilities• Manage all phases of construction projects from startup through final completion• Develop and maintain project schedules and overall project execution plans• Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and buyout activities• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and change orders• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals for accuracy and compliance• Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure field operations remain aligned with project milestones• Lead owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, and internal project updates• Maintain project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle• Support quality control initiatives, safety coordination, and project closeout activities• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partnersProject Types May Include• Commercial office projects• Industrial and warehouse developments• Retail and hospitality construction• Multifamily renovations and repositioning work• Mixed use developments• Tenant improvement and interior buildout projects• Ground up commercial constructionQualifications• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience• Experience working for a General Contractor strongly preferred• Strong understanding of commercial construction operations and project execution• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills• Ability to thrive in a deadline driven construction environmentCompensation & Benefits• Competitive base salary• Bonus opportunity• Vehicle allowance or company vehicle• Medical, dental, and vision coverage• PTO and paid holidays• Long term growth opportunity within a growing organizationEqual Opportunity EmployerOur client is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other protected status in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
